RENTAL RULES
Setup and cleanup are included in the booked time. Shooting must finish 5 minutes before the end of the session.
Standard pricing includes up to 5 people. Larger groups have separate rates above.
Only the studio manager moves or changes paper backgrounds. Lighting and modifier setups can be requested from the manager.
Clients must have liability insurance covering equipment, property, and third-party harm. Without insurance, the renter covers any damage in full.
Studio must be left clean. Food and drinks only in the make-up area and kitchenette. Clean footwear required (studio shoes available).
No smoking, no alcohol, no illegal substances. Pets only with prior approval. Security cameras operate in the studio.
Bluetooth speaker available (ACTON III). Tag @lux.photo.studio when posting — we love to reshare.
The renter ensures all participants know how to find the entrance (ring “LUX PHOTO PRO”, 5th floor).
By booking the studio, the renter confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all rental terms and rules. Full terms available on request.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Same kit we shoot with — Fujifilm bodies, pro lenses, lighting and grip. Live availability, exact prices for your dates and instant requests now live in our rental system.
Pick-up at the studio (5th floor). Valid ID and a rental agreement at pickup · security deposit from 35% with your own liability insurance (70% standard).
