Cancellation & Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for memberships and event tickets.
Memberships
Cancel any time through Stripe customer portal. Access remains active until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for unused time. Annual plans: 14-day EU withdrawal right from the date of purchase.
Photo walks & meetings (free for members)
Cancel up to 7 days before. After that, your no-show is recorded. Three no-shows within 6 months may block free booking for 30 days.
Paid events (workshops, courses, masterclass)
50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before. 0% refund within 7 days of the event. You may transfer your spot to another person — just email us their details.
Course circles (5+ sessions)
50% refund if cancelled before the first session. After the first session, a pro-rata refund minus a €50 administrative fee may apply at our discretion.
Force majeure
If Lux Photo Club cancels an event (illness, instructor unavailability, weather for outdoor events), you get a full refund OR transfer to the next session.
How to cancel
Email info@luxphotoclub.com with your name, the event, and the reason. Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
