These terms govern your use of luxphotoclub.com, our membership subscriptions, and event bookings.
1. About us
Lux Photo Club is operated by Andre Mitin, registered in Luxembourg under VAT franchise scheme (small business, turnover below €35,000). Contact: info@luxphotoclub.com.
2. Membership
Memberships are subscriptions billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time via your Stripe customer portal — access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Events
Event tickets are sold through WooCommerce. Refund policy is detailed in Cancellation Policy.
4. Liability
Lux Photo Club is not liable for personal equipment loss or damage during events. Participants attend at their own risk.
5. Image use
By attending, you consent to photos taken during events being used for Lux Photo Club marketing. You may opt out by writing to us before the event.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Luxembourg City.
