Name, email, phone, billing address — for membership and event purchases. Browsing data — via analytics (only after cookie consent). Photos you submit voluntarily.
Why we collect it
To deliver the services you bought, communicate with you about events, and comply with Luxembourg tax/invoicing rules.
Who processes your data
Stripe (payments), Hostinger (hosting), Postmark/Resend (email delivery), CookieYes (consent), Google Analytics (with consent only), Meta Pixel (with consent only).
Your rights
Access, rectify, delete, port your data, or restrict processing. Write to info@luxphotoclub.com. Right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Luxembourg data protection authority).
Retention
Invoice/billing data: 10 years (Luxembourg tax law). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Photos: until you request removal.
