Yes. Cancel any time through your Stripe customer portal — access stays active until the end of your billing period.

What if I switch tiers?

Cancel your current plan in Stripe customer portal and subscribe to the new tier. Soon we will offer in-place upgrades.

How does the Founding 10 lock work?

The first 10 members on any tier keep their 2026 price for 24 months, regardless of future price changes. After 10, this offer closes.

Are member discounts applied automatically?

During our soft launch, member discount codes are emailed within 2 hours of subscribing. Full automation in WooCommerce coming soon.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. Lux Photo Club applies a 0% VAT rate under the Luxembourg franchise scheme for small businesses. The displayed price is what you pay — VAT is included at 0%.

How do I get access to the WhatsApp community?

After payment, Our team will reach out within 2 hours with your WhatsApp community invite link.

How does Booking priority work?

Members get first access to seat-limited events — workshops, photo walks, masterclasses. The booking window opens by tier: Premium and Standard book first (72 hours head start), then Basic gets early access (24 hours head start), then any remaining seats open to non-members. For sold-out events, Standard and Premium also get priority on the waitlist.
